The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of UCYM. The board is organized into working groups that help guide implementation of ministry and administration in collaboration with staff.

Board Membership 

• ​The board officers are the board's leadership and guide the board's work in collaboration with the working group chairs and staff administration.
• ​Voting Members are responsible for setting strategic direction as well as policies and procedures that will help advance UCYM's mission and operations.
• ​Auxiliary Members are non-voting members who join a board working group that supports implementation of a specific area of UCYM ministry and administration. ​​
