Meet the UCYM Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall vision and strategic direction of UCYM. The board is organized into working groups that help guide implementation of ministry and administration in collaboration with staff.
Board Leadership
The board officers are the board's leadership and guide the board's work in collaboration with the working group chairs and staff administration.

Board Members
- Voting Members are responsible for setting strategic direction as well as policies and procedures that will help advance UCYM's mission and operations.
- Auxiliary Members are non-voting members who join a board working group that supports implementation of a specific area of UCYM ministry and administration.
- Young Adult Directors are voting members who are responsible for "keeping an ear to the ground" and directing policies and procedures that will have a direct impact on how UCYM serves the young people in our partner communities.
- Spiritual Advisors are clergy and religious who commit to supporting UCYM's spiritual and sacramental life. Our spiritual advisors also help promote vocations.
