Through strong partnerships and shared leadership, UCYM seeks to empower communities to build vibrant and life-giving youth and young adult ministry. ​Together, the Board and leadership of UCYM are committed to cultivating a Church where all people — especially young people — are welcomed, valued, and invited to grow in faith, leadership, and service.

Board of Directors

United Catholic Youth Ministries (UCYM) is guided by a committed Board of Directors who bring diverse experience, faith, and professional expertise to support the mission and vision of the organization. Together, they provide strategic leadership, accountability, and stewardship to ensure UCYM remains faithful to its purpose and responsive to the needs of the communities we serve.

The Board partners closely with UCYM staff to strengthen organizational sustainability, guide long-term planning, and uphold best practices in governance. Rooted in Catholic values and a shared commitment to young people, board members serve as ambassadors for UCYM’s mission and help foster meaningful collaboration across parishes, schools, and community partners.

• Providing fiduciary oversight and financial stewardship
• Supporting and evaluating the Executive Director
• Ensuring organizational integrity, transparency, and accountability
