The President serves as the chief volunteer officer of the Board of Directors, providing faithful, mission-centered leadership to advance the organization’s Catholic identity and its service to youth and young adults. The President ensures that the board fulfills its governance responsibilities with integrity, strategic clarity, and accountability. The President works closely with and provides oversight to the Executive Director, who reports directly to this role. Through regular communication, evaluation, and support, the President ensures that organizational leadership, operations, and ministry initiatives align with the board’s policies and the mission of the Church.
Vice President
The Vice President serves on the Board of Directors as a key leadership partner to the Board President, supporting the overall governance, strategic direction, and mission advancement of the organization. Rooted in a commitment to Catholic identity and service to youth and young adults, the Vice President helps ensure the board operates effectively, collaboratively, and in alignment with its mission.
Corporate Treasurer
The Corporate Treasurer serves on the Board of Directors as the officer responsible for overseeing the financial stewardship and fiscal integrity of the organization in alignment with its Catholic mission. Grounded in principles of transparency, accountability, and faithful stewardship, the Treasurer helps ensure that financial resources are managed wisely to support effective ministry to youth and young adults. The Treasurer collaborates closely with the Associate Executive Director for Finance and Operations to review budgets, monitor financial performance, ensure appropriate internal controls, and support the preparation of financial reports for the board.

This role provides strategic oversight to ensure that governance, programming, partnerships, and communications embody authentic belonging—especially for youth and young adults who may feel on the margins of Church or society. Rooted in fidelity to the Church and a heart for young people, the Spiritual Advisor helps ensure that the ministry remains grounded in prayer, discernment, and communion with the wider Church.
Responsibilities include offering spiritual guidance to board and staff leadership, supporting liturgical and sacramental moments within the ministry, and encouraging a culture of discernment and vocational awareness. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with the Communications and Podcast teams to ensure cohesive, mission-aligned digital content; developing evangelization strategies across social media and emerging platforms; and mentoring and supporting ministry-based social media influencers. Youth Ministers serve as dedicated companions to young people, supporting them through the various programs and initiatives offered by the ministry. Rooted in a love for Christ and the Church, Youth Ministers generously share their time and gifts to accompany youth as they grow in faith, leadership, and community.
Responsibilities may include mentoring, small group facilitation, retreat support, event leadership, and participation in formation experiences. Volunteer Youth Ministers model authentic discipleship, create safe and welcoming environments, and help foster meaningful relationships that guide young people in deepening their relationship with God and the life of the Church.
