Quinceañera Ministry

IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE
Online formation is available once you have registered. Formation requirements have been adjusted due to the current COVID-19 guidelines. Please see the brochure below. Contact us at quinces@ucym.org for more information or with questions.
We Work Together!

The parishes in Evanston work together to provide Quinceañera preparation and administrative support for St. Athanasius Parish, St. Mary Parish, and St. Nicholas Parish.

Get Started
  1. VISIT – Visit the parish where you wish to celebrate your Quinceañera (parish addresses and office hours below).
  2. BEGIN YOUR REGISTRATION – Begin your registration at the parish and pick a date for your Quinceañera. It is very important you do this step FIRST and not book your hall first! The date of the hall might not match the available dates of the parish.
  3. AFTER REGISTRATION – After registration, your form will be sent to the Office of Youth Ministry and will be distributed to a member of the Formation Team, who will then guide you through your formation that needs to be completed in order for you to have your Quinceañera.
