The National SEED Project (Seeking Education Equity and Diversity) is a multi-generation group that focuses on DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) work. Seminars are based on major topics such as antiracism, gender, sexuality, classism, and more! After completion of SEED, participants are called to be engaged in community outreach, to be active listeners, and to radically fight for justice on all fronts.
SEED seminars will meet once a month from 6-9 PM at the UCYM Center. Your SEED FacilitatorRobin is a coordinator of youth and young adult ministry and is passionate about bringing diversity, equity, and inclusion work into ministry. Robin is also a religion teacher kindergarten to second grade students at Sacred Heart Schools in Edgewater. |
