Leadership Academy

Our UCYM Leadership Academy (LA) is our main program template for youth and offers formation, training, and community for any youth and their accompanying adult youth ministers that wants to pursue learning and practicing pastoral leadership in their faith community and deepen their faith life through the four pillars of ministry: service, worship, faith formation, and community.

LA offers six program templates:
  • Leaders-in-Training: 7th and 8th Grade Cohorts
  • Discipleship Learning: 9th and 10th Grade Cohorts
  • Peer Ministry: 11th and 12th Grade Cohorts
  • Saints-in-Training: 6th-12th Grade Christian Service Immersion
  • Summer Youth Internships: 9th-12th Grade
  • Youth Minister Formation: training and accompaniment for youth ministers
